Max has a lot of gall talking about Nathan. Max has no self control, and he is incredibly childish. He and Cathy will never last.

Max has been out of pocket ever since Joe got on the boat and wasn’t named lead deck hand. He has also been unsafe like letting guests drive the tender and letting 5he guests use the jetskis while intoxicated. Hopefully he isn’t on the next season. I think Nathan has done a good job

I don't understand why they haven't fired Max. His blatant insubordination is disgusting. Just the two times he let guests in charge of the Tender and Jetski should have been enough.
