Not the way I would configure the space, but I’m not the one spending $17MIL for it either. The crew accommodation seem pretty nice, which is good since they’ll live aboard for long stretches, theoretically. The engine maintenance would be a nightmare, but I suppose not for the owner. lol
Marrantz equipment. Nice.! The term 'Beach Club' used to flower up a bathing platform amuses me a lot Nick, as its missing quite a lot of 'Beach' features. Donkey rides, hard seaweed that hurts your feet, stones and importantly an ice cream van selling 99's 😄
This San Lorenzo is a luxury hotel at sea! Great tour Mr Nick! And Yes, in America we like things big (the grill)😅
Nice moonswatch. It wears a lot better if you flip the strap around 😉
Wanted “marine engineer” must not be over 4ft in height.😅
One of my favorites. Thanks Nick!
Please inform us about build material. In the bilges I can see this one is fibreglass, but you never mention when touring the boats. Remember it's what we care about, not you and your attempts at humour. (satire)
Engine access hatch looks like a laundry chute!! 😅. nice boat.
The engineering setup and areas on some of these ⛵ is truly astounding! Some brilliant work.
Not bad but I'm looking to get one that will handle my water ski boat and 4 jet skis.
Great tour Nick. Not my cup of tea but quite a party atmosphere
Nice tour interior, nice. The engine room is extremely cramped. I would say you'd better make a small crew member to do any maintenance.
Definitely not impressed with the engine space! My claustrophobia would never allow me to see it!
To be honest, if I ever win the lotto and get money and buy a boat around this size, the crew would be treated like family and paid appropriately. Pipe dream, but maybe it'll happen.
Definitely not a child friendly boat. The sun beds in the front would only be safe stationary in safe weather and open rail sides. Very unique layout, Very curious how the flow would feel after living on it for a while , how functional is it really? Super party boat for sure.
I'm getting a strong European vibe in the design especially with the galley! Great tour Nick thanks!
Stunning thing🎉
Needed a day’s head upstairs and the Weather’s Original color is boring mundane and monotonous … needs slight Pastel Color pops.
Otherwise A+ the OMEGA of Yachts 🎉
Country Kitchen no discussion!
The engine room access is ridiculous! Definitely a deal breaker! To each his own.
My God man what you do for your viewers crawling through the engine room!!! 😂😂😂
Jeezus. I’m only a little claustrophobic, but that engine space made my heart race just watching you crawl around via my iPad. I couldn’t own that boat knowing I might have to go in there for some reason. I sure as heck couldn’t crew it.
Nice
Presumably they ship these massive boats over from Italy? Yes, a bit cramped in the engine room. Have you checked out the new Wauquiez 55? A walk in engine room on a sailing boat! PS A Speedmaster not a Seamaster? 😉
What an amazing boat she is, i just love the beach club area it’s so gorgeous and the light that comes through, well just brilliant
Thanks Nick for another amazing experience 👍👍👍👌
If I spent even one day on that boat, I’d probably end up with about 19 bumps on my head — from the crane, and from walking into the low entrance.
But either way, she’s a very beautiful lady.
I’m surprised that the galley was placed so close to guest accommodation. The galley would definitely be a source of noise.
I'm going to make a very broad generalization.
This type of boat is really only designed to be used at anchor, in good weather, not far from its home port, and for short periods. Only the passengers are taken into account (yes, I agree that the owner pays for their comfort), and the rest of the operation is unpleasantly disregarded (both the technical and human aspects for the crew, of course).
That said, overall, it's a good toy for its intended purpose.
Nearly £17 mill for that… wowsers! 😮😮 Question…where do the owners of these yachts go, when at boat show's?
👀
Sanlorenzos look lovely but have never grabbed me. I think this one finally explains why. I like boats that are for taking you places. A bit of luxury is welcome, of course, but the main point is the travelling. Boats like this aren't for that. They are for people who mostly want the same kind of thing they have at home but with a different view. There's no sense of, adventure, I suppose. That terrible engine space crystallised it for me.
I like sanlorenzo sd132 sd118 and sl110a but sx and sp models are not my type😂
Always forgetting to edit later 😅❤
