Just got back from a week on MSC World America (Yacht Club), and honestly, it didn’t live up to expectations.

The Yacht Club pool area was overcrowded most of the time, which defeats the purpose of paying for that exclusive experience. Service in the restaurant was also disappointing—on our last night, we waited over an hour just to receive dinner.

What really stood out in a negative way was the lack of follow-up from the Yacht Club Director. I asked multiple times to speak with him, and despite seeing him around during the first few days, he never made the effort to connect with my family.

Overall, not the level of service or attention you’d expect from a premium experience.

When in yacht club is it best to book the eataly restaurant before the cruise or let the butler make the reservation once you get onboard

I have so many issues obtaining an accesible room when I cruise. Wonder how many are occupied by non handicap individuals. Otherswise nice tour

Been researching new (to us) cruises on YouTube for quite a while and finally came across this video. You got a new sub. Enjoyed the video!

We're doing Celebrity Retreat, first time on Celebrity and first time in a suite level, twice this year, but wanted to look into Yacht Club. This video sold it, so 2027 looks like an MSC test year.

Can you talk about more or respond to the comment about the cruise sale ducks? We’re going on the world America in about a month and we have eight-year-old twins so we’re gonna be in the yacht club. I know they will love the ducks. Should we bring some so they can hide them as well?
