Visul a fost un iaht de explorare Bering 82 personalizat. Realitatea a fost un proces federal care pretindea fraudă, sifonarea de fonduri și o carcasă pe jumătate terminată.   1. This is a PR nightmare. Berings will lose millions in orders. Nobody wants to buy a yacht and have problems getting it delivered. These people deserve to get what they're paying for. Berings may close its doors after this. Good luck to Naughty Styles. 🇦🇺 🦘

  3. Personally i beleve this is a double edge sword. On one hand you have nautisytles, they have made multiple changes to the plans as the yacht was being built. Diffrent type of props, diffeent changes during the construction of the boat. 1 example was the "magic glass" so sounds simple in theory, however power, another breaker, wiring routing, ect. With that being said they were paying the installments on time. So with Bering. Like many boat builders they could have been taking nautisytles money, and using it on another boat closer to final commission. To get paid. Then taking the money and finishing nautisytles boat. Or they were behind schedule because the company i believe grew to quick. Not enough space, took on too many contracts to fast, kept chaging the size and length of the boats on the websites. Got into the cat buisness as well. As far as the claims but nautisytles of inferior welds, and inferior parts ect.. Maybe? But then why would you take an 70% complete hull to another shipyard to finish? Fixing welds on a yacht of that size would be a nightmare. Insulation, wires, components would have to be removed to fix those. Plus you have another yard trying to finish the yacht with possibly no blueprints or plans. (Assuming Bering owns the plans). In the end it is sad to see for both parties. However gone with the wynns had issues with their boat, and the company finially just bought it back.

  6. Regardless of who was right or wrong this makes Bering look horrible. They should have diverted all their resources or borrowed money to finish the boat of their most “visible” customer AND prized promoter of their brand. Breaking this contract will cost them far more than the value of the contract in the long run. Imagine being a multimillionaire who could choose anyone to build your yacht. Are you going to choose Bering now with such a recent and visible breach of contract and fraud lawsuit? Most likely not. I also can’t see Victoria and Rico ever promoting Bering again

  11. I will say this, after seeing this unfold. There’s no way I would ever consider purchasing a Bering Yacht. Of all people to give the run around they bamboozled you tube content creators who are very popular and knowledgeable plus well respected in the community. That’s a serious blunder that will cost Bering dearly.

  30. Victoria might be a certified captain but if you’ve been watching nautisyles you would have noticed by now she never gets port and starboard correct and doesn’t have anywhere near the same level of knowledge Rico has.

  34. The one thing no one talks about is the timing of their order being placed. It was right after COVID and before inflation went through the roof. I am willing to bet you loads of engineering projects all over the world went wrong at that time. The only difference. They didn't involve famous YouTubers.

  35. Did Nauti properly vet the builder. Is Nauti too demanding building a custom design with a tight budget. Are both parties at fault? So what is the truth.

  37. Now what they finish the boat on their own who warranty's the work?! I would ask Bering for a full refund and tell them to keep the boat! No way in hell would I want it! Bad luck already! Grab the money and start over fresh with another company! They wanted a Cat , get a leopard Catamaran instead!

  38. I was so invested in watching the boat unfold. Bummer it ended in a legal battle because I loved their videos with the owner Alex of the Bering company and I really enjoy Victoria and Rico’s channels. They’re two of my favorites to watch. I hope they can work this out.

  39. As a builder. I still sense a feeling of “Entitlement” So many changes were made. They cost much time and money. It gets real expensive, real fast.
    But from a marketing standpoint. Berring should have kept their boat first. Finished it. Moved on. Trust was lost……

  40. I worked for Trinity Yachts they would take the money from a down payment on a yacht and use it to finish a yacht they were working on. I've seen them go to a room and put up walls real quick and take pictures just to get a draw to finish another area of a yacht. It was always joked whoever got the last yacht built by the yard would never see it completed because there was no money! Needless to say they're out of business.

  45. No one cared about what it cost these two emotionally to spend $$ they hoped to get. No one cared that no two people can be on the stage daily for years and not have an issue or three to work on. No one cares if anything they do is actually honest or real. What these two offered was an ongoing show. Episodes that fed other people's dreams about yachts and an unrealistic view of what it actually cost to operate an 80 meter ship year round doing any kind of pay for use operation. They chased a dream and sold you on it. They will not survive this self induced chaos.
