Did changing the impeller fix the temp? I have a Beneteau 373 with the same engine. Wondering what RPM you cruse. My engine has a red line of 3000 max continuous rpm is 2907 I usually cruise at 2500 and 6.8kts in calm seas. I plan 1.2 GPH?

Seeing those cans of spices made me want to give a shoutout to Publix!! After the storms that have come through Florida in recent years Publix grocery stores have really been clutch providing food and water to affected communities.

I keep like 5 , 5gallon diesel cans on the deck. My tank holds 17 on my little Catalina. I suppose if I keep the RPM's too low I can get 16ish nautical miles to the gallon. Soooo if tides and winds agree that might get me 672 miles of motoring. Different subject though, I understand about the drone loss thing. If you don't get one of those Orange/Red Splash drones or stock up on $69.99 Amazon drones it can get expensive, especially if you lose DJI drones…..which apparently everyone I know that flies them over water or land has….

Hello Fosters. The fish you caught was a barracuda or called a cuda for short. Depending what part of the world you are in, many locals will eat them and appreciate it as a gift. As far as I know most Americans, Brits, and Aussies don't eat them. But that may be because of the fear of ciguatera food poisoning associated with the larger cudas.
