I know nothing about boating. I have some simple questions:
The higher you are in a boat the more it moves if it is rolling while you sleep. If you're uncomfortable with it, shouldn't you put your bed as low as possible and up only if there is no wind and swells.
Are the reasons not to sleep outside. Even in places with more challenging climates, like Nordic countries, some people sleep outside to get better sleep and some do it also during winter at sub zero C temperatures. In the Mediterranean area I would think that sleeping outside during the nights would be the first choice especially on water. Am I missing something here?
