Fac o predare completă cu bucătarul Brennan, sortarea dispozițiilor, planificarea meniurilor și pregătirea complet a galeriei pentru momentul în care oaspeții ni se alătură.   2. I cannot imagine how you do a food order for a trip like this, a weekly shopping trip for 2 is my limit 😂. But goodness they eat so much, if I was on board you'd have such an easy time.

  4. As a catering/fine dining chef I always hated that question as well, what's your specialty. When you can make more or less anything and probably a few 100 things the person asking the question has never heard of.

  5. Seems like the cold storage room is so full already. Do you put dates on the bins or something to make sure you use up the old stuff first before you get into the new provisions.

  8. How weird! We're flying out to Corfu to then sail over to Albania and all around the country for 2 weeks starting this coming Friday. It's a hidden gem of a place. First went in June 2 years ago and a whole gang of us are going for a big birthday trip. It has some stunning coastlines. There's so many coves and bays you can just happen upon and they reward you for your discoveries. Great food. Seriously surprisingly consistently excellent food and the people are a really friendly bunch.

  9. Getting all the produce for just 10 guests shipped from France to Greece to then cook Greek seems almost too decadent… is there any consideration about CO2 emissions generated when you plan your menus?

I try to imagine what kind of person/family can afford 1.2M euro + all the additional expenses and gratuities for a week and it's hard to believe that there are even enough of them to make this charter a functional business. Are many of the charters corporate-sponsored? Regardless, the fact that the crew can put on a ultra-luxury boutique experience for multi-week charters and minimal turnaround between trips is really mind-blowing and must be so much work. At least you have an incredible backdrop! Appreciate the peek behind the curtain especially from the food perspective.

  12. What video editing software do you use? I've been watching your videos and enjoy them and appreciate the hard work you put in. I get some idea of what to make my family based on what i see yo do sometimes.

  14. Currently on holiday in Meganisi and saw Project X on our second day! Drove all the way to the other side of the island to catch a glimpse and it was well worth it!

    Meanwhile, in my bachelor frig right now I have a total of 2 green peppers and a cucumber.
