4. Nice kitchen. Huge primary stateroom. Maintaining/operating this vessel will be real costly. I suppose anything 58' feet will be, right?

5. A well maintained Hatt. I have lived aboard my DeFever 44 for the last 7 years and would consider moving up to this Hatteras in a trade. I have never seen an older Hatteras such as this one with so many upgrades. The cost to get one in this condition is enormous. One must look behind/underneath the cosmetics and ask some questions concerning wiring upgrades, hose conditions, engine mounts, plumbing, leaks around windows, etc., if I get serious about it.

6. I am so with you with the white being to much, especially when they paint over beautiful wood to brighten it up make it modern.

7. can this survive big waves? i want to get something large like this one day but i can't decide between this and a sail boat of which is safer in bad weather. i know nothing much about boats, just know i'm getting into them lol

11. The woodwork drawer top in the owner's cabin looks like burl, a wood with a swirling pattern. Very rare stuff. It could be veneer.

12. That main stateroom is larger than the bedroom in my house, the closet is WAY larger. Even the bathroom has a tub like my house, but I will say I do have a bigger/nicer bathroom(it better be since its the only one lol)

14. The teak and holly floor is not original, but the parquet floor is original

15. I think it’s afromosia teak. Pilot house deck is likely original. Exceptional maintenance and value.

16. Deck drain behind and above the master closet may be leaking.

23. Verry clean old Hatt, No telling what that repower cost. The wide body only has a walkway on starboard side. The folks at Trying not to sink have a 58 wide body.

29. Yeah that's the way it looks when you start to use it and everything starts breaking down and old boats it's a hole in the water and which you pour money

30. 100 Grand to get your boat painted last time I got my boat painted it was $2,200 for bottom paint

34. Read somewhere the widebody referred to the superstructure for hatteras not the beam per se, I may be wrong based off memory tho.
