2. Curious to see what the prices are for groceries when you hit St. Martin. Compared to PR and the USVI St. Martin was definitely less expensive. Great video – looking forward to following along in your adventures.

3. That was an epic effort.. solid performance. The problem might be worse next time so maybe that anchor winch might be on the list for Father Christmas. Generally, assuming decent anchor and chain weight, a catenary length 6 times the depth would be considered the normal max required for a monohull. I can understand everyone wants to feel safe and secure but in a restricted anchorage his scope might be considered a bit excessive.

8. Dang those grocery prices are really high. I'm in So Cal and the Sprouts market down the street from me has whole chickens for $12 bucks and a box of butter is about $6 bucks.

11. The USVI isn’t going to be the one for you guys. I would do a quick trip through the bvi as it’s quite pretty and I promise you once you get to Sint Maarten you may never want to leave

14. I try to stay 50 meters from any other boats on anchor. But even when you do that somebody inevitably anchors too close to you……
