(I am American.) There is no US Navy base in Thailand. So because there is no commercial or military port there, the U.S. Navy ships anchor in outer Pattaya Bay and liberty parties are ferried to and from shore by local commercial boats, which normally make the run in 15 to 18 minutes. Have you seen this, PJoe?
So, uh, is the master bedroom available (on these charters) for boom boom? 😜. Or is that done on the sun deck or swim deck!? Ha ha
