Bucurați-vă! great, in fact never understood bernoulli + wings
🙂 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
The ultimate source of stabilization for a hydrofoil board is the rider shifting their center of gravity and pushing the board around, the tail wing adds just enough stability to put doing that within human reaction time.
Really? You fail theories by calling them non-working for "upside down" scenario?! How about digging deeper and discovering AOA? 😉
So basically it's still just magic.
If flat then force is applied to the surface like a brake but when at an angle allows the wing to ride over the force of breaking. So it’s riding on a surface regardless of how deep it is.
I didn’t really understand how the Flow of particles is directed downwards. If I understood correctly you said that the flow is directed downwards if there is high pressure on top and low pressure at the bottom. But you said earlier that the high pressure zone is below the wind and the low pressure is on top. So that’s conflicting
Ok, but what I really want to know is what's the name of the dog at 4:42?
I was thinking about designing a mini hydrofoil for a project, but needed info on how exactly they worked so that I would make one that was effective. This video was 100% perfect and did a phenomenal job answering all of my questions, and some I didn't know I had! Bravo, great stuff all around!
Good Girl!
This video did not explain how they create propulsion as when the guys are pumping up and down on regular foil boards. How does a wave propel them forward? It’s not like a surfboard that rides on the water and is going down the face of the wave or swell.
Both a flat and curved wings can produce a pressure differential, but the curved wing is more effective in one direction. This is why a flat wing is just as effective whether it’s right side up or up side down. The curved wing is not as effective when upside down, but can still produce a pressure differential.
Xanax brought me here
cool
its really hard to get to the bottom of this……. get it? get to the bottom? because, nvm
How about the upside down plane?
This is more accurate than a lot of aerodynamic explanations of wing lift. But the "flow turning down implies lift" does very little to explain in detail why it is working. The simple answer is that there is no simple answer. Calculating the lift on a wing requires detailed, piece-by-piece, tracking of the flow in a huge computational fluid dynamics (CFD) calculation. That is why wind tunnel tests are still used to experimentally measure the lift.
Someday ALL humans on the Earth will enjoy the fullness of life..Dream BIG! Thank you for a "dream" video.
Quem inventou o hidrofolio foi Enrico Forlanini em 1898. Estaunidenses mentirosos como sempre
Lol bro. Planes can fly upside down while factoring in the venturi explanation, because the angle of attack changes…
Henri Coanda just shakes his head and comments… "Nenorociţi de ţărani".
tf are you talking about, aeroplanes cant fly upside down and when they do the pilot has to point the stick forward and down (their down) is our up. a flat foil will lift because its angle of attack causes high and low pressure above its how a boat or the vertical fin on a plane will turn. an angle of attack of zero given the foil has a longer distance up top will lift no matter what as faster flowing fluid has less pressure period. Thats what flaps are for on a wing, increase the length of the top side for extra lift. The first explanation was the correct one the rest were bs.
still didnt get it
Less wave damage to shorelines as well
alexander graham bell did NOT invent the telephone he was the first to get a patent on it !!
