8. That interior seems like such wasted space…. very stale and uninviting. The least bit cozy. Almost anxiety inducing. The design of the guest rooms is SO much nicer.

9. This feels more like a business/office building than a yacht a family or person would own. Lots of huge spaces without any feeling or connection. The high speed transit is a neat feature that no one will use due to fuel costs and the uncomfortable ride at that speed. I guess I see this being a successful charter in Monaco where its rented out by a company for the race weekend. Who else would need a smoke machine?
