1. I can't believe there aren't any comments on this amazing race! Ainslie really blew everyone away with this 4th consecutive Glod Medal and hats off to J.Lobert, French outsider who managed to bring home the bronze. It's a shame the fantastic sport doesn't garner more attention from the media and the spectators, those who have already raced will agree it's an extremely physical challenge.

5. People tell me that sailing is boring but I know they are dead wrong, it's fast paced, intense, and can actually be pretty dangerous what with the speed and amount of force exerted by the wind on the boats
