Hi, just new here. Interesting vid. Why not use the water-hose instead of toilet-paper? Try it, I am sure you will not regret 😎
Edit: btw, beautiful boat
May I ask how much it cost to run this boat during one year?
The layout reminds me a lot of JK’s Quetzal. I guess that’s why they call the Kauffman 47 a “Taiwan Swan”?
Thanks for the tour video. 🙏

Awesome boat! Wow!
Those hooks on the wall could crack a skull
Just listening to the way u talk about how you "do your boat"
Dont think i would enjoy sailing with u
Why is your tshirt logo a penis?
Is the hull steel or fiberglass?
Nice sailboat! I used to stay in Harness Creek off Back Creek sailing back to Marathon Florida from Beach Haven NJ. In my 1979 Hunter 30' sailboat. Smooth sailing! My old sailboat got to be to much to sail for me and my wife.
My old sailboat was a 61' Deerfoot sloop.
What did it cost to buy…whats the length of it?
The most immaculate and well taken care of yacht of all yachts
You have such a beautiful boat.
Hi what an awesome sailboat. Your tour compelled me to subscribe to your channel. I also took away some great tips of how your boat was set up. Cheers!!
Did you re chromed the winches?
Finally I found a YouTube channel with people owning a Swan 48, my absolutely dream boat! ❤️ Saving money for years and almost there! Such a nice boat!
12V or 48V electric system?
as an asian it hard to find a butchy girlfirend that likes sailing.
Taking a line from you, "…2019 and 2020, we are two years out which is a little bit scary…". Yeah 2020 has been scary! Found your page after seeing the 80 degrees North documentary and glad I did. Best wishes to both of you and Isbjorn, happy sailing!
Nice boat you have. B
I did the ARC on a 1975 Swan 48 Mera.
These boats are very similar. The winches were even bigger on that boat.
I distrust that big custom Alternator though, I would have installed two 125 ‘s for redundency.
I hope it works out for you.
Came your way from the amazing North of 80 docu series you did with SvDelos. Can't wait to see more.
Toilet paper goes into a bucket, not the toilet, to be taken away later???
No thank you, I’ll stick to a nice comfortable Cat……
We had a Swanson 27ft made by the Swanson brothers in Australia not the bubble roof, regular one. It looked like a mini Swan. The beauty of it was that the original owner put in 6 (!) winches. 2 on the coach roof, 2 jib sheet and 2 little ones in the back for the spinnaker. What a luxury that was! Miss that little boat so much a true blue water cruiser named Indigo.
Hell ,Sheet Winch's forard , Track in the cockpit , no shiet paper down the loo, dont want to shower down below , No double bunk BUT great sailing performance Hm Sounds hard but your doing it – Enjoy
Beautiful boat, and great job on the refit!
Top boat, you can’t beat a Swan of that era. Fair winds, may catch you on the water. Andy UK
I just found the channel and I'm really enjoying watching your videos. And as a sailor I approve of the boat and as a Swede I approve of the name haha.
Beautiful well built boat. Really nicely fitted too. Have a great time out there!
I have a smaller Swan (37 footer) and I don't go out too far – just along the coast.
Awesome guys. I crewed on the Woodwind Schooners in 2015. Fun experience. Love your swan and your approach to optimizing her for offshore sailing. Fair Winds!
You did a good refit on the Swan 48 . Back in the day they won most of the around the Around the World races because of the quality construction and boat speed also crew comfort. Long distance racing it’s important the.crew get there rest.
Just found this video. Nice to see what I consider the correct approach to sailboat ownership. Very competent sailors. Just subscribed.
