I`m starting to love this couple`s videos. They transpire enjoyment, curiosity and respect for themselves and for nature.
Matt is a humble and bright star lad.
Amy surely uplifts the mood of many.
love a good "Ol Cup of Rosie Lee" in 30 degrees LOL
So glad to see you have lots of tools. I've seen so many people who sail on a small budget whom spend their money on toys, beer and partying and not the tools and spare parts that they will definitely need sooner or later.
Surprised you don’t have a dink motor. Conditions not always rowable.
Also that you walk around w bare feet!
Clever throttle fix! Love the bungie for back to idle! You an EE?
Hey guys great video, we were there in February crossing the bar, was a bit choppier the with 4m swells across the bar, but worth it, Frazer island is lovely. Keep up the good work loving the videos.
In disabled and you two make my day .I've always wanted to sail but now I do through you keep up the good work
If the gear control cable was the same length you could have swapped them over and only had to go below to change gears. I 'll have to astern and watch your previous vids. Cheers "Keep on Sailing"
Hi once more
Well I finally said goodbye to Larkmans Yard and set off for Felixstowe Ferry before crossing the the bar and in to the North Sea. Probably seems like a lifetime ago for you guys. I wish you all the best.
A tip
AIways carry a spare impeller for your water pump, a spare v-belt for its drive and spare gaskets for your exhaust system.

So hang on a minute, how did you diagnose the problem. Having just spent a not inconsiderable sum on a new Nanni 3.21 I am rather concerned.
I love rewatching the crap out of ALL your content makes the whole saving period easier by a LOT cheers
16:39 peak hour traffic in Queensland
You know you’re British when your tea looks stronger than cowboy coffee👍🏼👍🏼
A new engine when you set sail and with only few hundred hours of running? That's pretty appalling performance.
dingos are protected and yall are forbiden by law to arm yourselves. go figure is the nicest thing i can say.
Great engine speed control!
Wouldn't it be nice to have a Tesla electric motor running on a large fuel cell.
Dont take too much notice of the gossip you too ,,, the visitors feed scraps to the Dingos so now they hang around,, but walking through the bush like you have on some of islands I've seen is not a good idea ,.
There would be a thousands of those cables in Aussie as you would have found out..
You sail the world with no spare cables? Optimistic.
I've been watching your videos for a while. You guys have an amazing life style 👍
Great videos and enjoy your trips, do you share GPS waypoints for points of interest, like islands and trips within the islands? Enjoy your trips and stay safe..
Some of my friends tell me I'm blessed because I'm a Mechanical Engineer that completely understands Electrical and Software engineering, and I'm pretty good at both, for a ME, if I do say so myself.
YOU USE C G I . NOT GOOD
DID YOU SEE THE UFO? WHEN DARK AND LIGHTING
Time that young man started wearing a hat more often…or he is gunna die young…. Amy get onto him.
Hello Matt and Amy. What brand Diesel engine is in Florence. She’s a wonderful girl
Watching you work on the engine to repair the fuel feed pump, i kept thinking that is the cleanest engine i have ever seen. It looked brand new. Enjoying your videos alot. I went across the Pacific 30 years ago by plane. Visited some of the same islands you did. Should have sailed.
Yeah ya would always rather run into a dingo than a croc LOL.
Glad others could help you. It would have better had you shared your experience with the community and showed how you then removed the air from the system etc.
Nice improvised solution on the throttle control!
LOVE Fraser Island! Best spot on the east coast in my book! – Great videos guys.
Catching up…
Thanks for 44.
Yes, for some reason dogs have a fear of sticks when you hold or wave it menacingly.
I have a light-weight metal consertina stick which quickly unfolds and which I take with me when I'm travelling.
Australia seems to be a mecca for dangerous everythings, compared to your other destinations.
Ive got a 50hp nanni on my boat 🙂 love it
We have only been sailing a tear and got our first boat too. Our throttle cable broke going I to the marina Isle of Rassay (Scotland) with a ferry and 4 other boats all round us… we were getting blown on to rocks. Thankfully I am not afraid of screaming for help and lively people came to our rescue towing us on to a pontoon! Fortunately we had a spare throttle cable that my husband fixed and we still got our distillery tour 😅
