5. Wassa matter with your windlass? I've never had one. But seems many people solve windlass trouble by putting it's own battery right close to the unit.

15. Well, if it makes you feel better, my cat came running when you called mako. But they never come to me when I call them. I'm amazed st how well your cat has adjusted to boat life.

17. You need a clevis pin setup on you anchor to hold it on. Or rather a metal heavy duty pin of some sort, as the rope on that chain holder will break in rough seas when you least expect it. Then possibly wrap your propor allow the anchor to flow out or fall off. It may require a bit of effort but trust me it will be worth the all the work!

19. Hello Lauren, Jeff here. I left you several comments about your engine in past contents. Someone is feeding you the BIGGEST bunch of BULL ****. A cracked return fuel line has NOTHING to do with your engine problems. I am an engineer on 100'+ yachts. Can you provide me with a name and contact # to the person who told you that you need new injectors because a cracked fuel return line? I would like to have a talk with them! I get sent all over the world to remedy so called expert's problems. Recently I was in a massive car accident, otherwise at my own expense I would have come to the Bahamas and fixed you engine problem once and for all within a day or two. I am so sorry that you don't have anyone to represent you against such INCOMPETENCE!!!! Stay strong young lady!

22. Ok after not seeing you sail for a while I kinda think you might be a bit crazy Lauren 😆 Doesn't that seem just a tad spooky out there on the open water alone with no land in sight!? I think I'd prefer a lot bigger boat myself. And how would you ever sleep while sailing if there are other boats out there? I watched some other couples sailing videos and they got woke up by hitting something. They figured it was either a whale or log or something. They didn't notice damage till later when they took their boat out of the water to inspect it. I think it messed up their rudder. It was the type that sticks down by itself without a guard and rotates on a vertical shaft. I guess alot of people don't like that type for ocean crossings because they can be easily damaged. Yours looks like the better type.
    Anyway..Glad you weren't effected by the hurricane.

24. Great video as always. Just a thought. Your Dingy swinging around a lot when you are underway. Could be putting undue stress on your davits. Maybe a strap from back side on dingy to top of davit and frontside. Will stop the swing. 🙂 Great stuff keep it up.

    I use to be an engineer on big Dutch ocean going tugboats in the engine room.
    On big ships engine rooms are usually painted light green,
    Do you know why that is…??
