4. These detailed walk throughs are what I feel Denison is known for , and why I enjoy this channel, this broker did a great job not making it feel rushed , very laid back like Ryan does , IMO this is how all the videos should be, thanks for a great video 👍

5. I would have mentioned the scarcity of Leopards on the market. These are more sought after than the smaller Mangustas and the AB or Rivas. And yes I know the difference between a sports yacht and an express yacht. I think this yacht is older than the broker selling it. I thought maybe Kurt brought his grandson in to the office as a broker. Lol. Leopards are awesome boats and extremely well built. This was very relaxing walkthrough. I didn't have someone telling me the first thing I'll notice or how 'great' this feature was or that feature and then going on some long meandering word salad world tour of what each item can be used for. Until my man Griff gets in there and starts tearing up the yacht sales game with his fresh ideas and dropping knowledge bombs like he's a B-52, this will do nicely.

6. I'm sure it's a nice party yacht, but I'm not a party yacht-type person.

7. I was fully prepared to not be impressed but the longer the walk through went, the more impressed I became. Seems a very relaxed, open, yet elegant yacht. I really liked the outdoor space, as well as the open, bright salon area. And Aaron did a great job of walking us through the spaces, including the crew area which was very much appreciated. Aaron did a really great job!

   And Aaron has beautiful feet!! 😍😍

8. Gorgeous. Denison always delivering on these ocean works of art. Would love to cruise on Encore, she is a fabulous, nimble yacht that is quite personal and cozy. Cheers Aaron, Captain Rick and his crew, and of course Denison Yachting!

12. I don't know… $2.8M is sort of the budget yacht of the peasant. No car park, no helipad, won't fit an icon 5… Like where am I supposed to put my RR?
