The boat is looking awesome! As for the wood , you could sand it all and refinish, wrap it with vinyl but you'd lose the amazing wood that highlights an interior or skin the wood with a thin wood veneer and have a great pick of options of wood species.

They make sensors that detect water on your floor beside your water heater at home and sends a message to your phone. I would be inclined to think they have the same thing for boats these days

A personally owned and used pleasure boat is NOT a monitory return investment. Even restoring a pleasure yacht for resale is super risky.

the circles were from the liquid nails eating the paint and silver off the back of the mirror.. what you did with liquid nails again is a no-no.. use mirror mastic. they have different types, rather than the typical black goop. use glue specific for mirrors next time! – 20yr glazier

They do in fact make quarter inch marine ply. It's quite common and used for small boat building. Look for Okoume ply
I can't imagine the amount of mold sporing in between the walls and hull. You'll have lung problems in no time if it goes untreated.
To be honest, I have enjoyed your boat videos so much more and watch them all the way through over most of the car videos.
