1. Stupidity abounds. Luckily, nobody slipped out and went into the water.He could have run right over them. I used to live in Bal Harbour, and we would watch all the boats go in and out of Haulover. Sometimes we would see people be so responsible, and you knew they knew what they were doing. These people are idiots, and of course no one is wearing life jackets!!!!!😠🤦‍♀️
