1. brewer was never so concerned or thought it succh a tragedy when children men women who are poor have drowned but maybe because that was because they werent rich and so happened to be refugees or maybe different colour is not all life worth the same?

  2. A human tragedy is all the useless eaters being terrorized and murdered by stabby animals in Britain and that useless race baiter and tyrannical traitor starlin starmer and hes brown shirts trying to shut down anyone talking about it Thats a flucking tragedy when your scared for your wife and kids every time they leave the house and 100% can not trust the two tier politically corrupt police, Its a tragedy when we are in a recession and poverty is sky high kids going without as well as our old folk but we are forced to keep illegals in the lap of luxury as everyone else suffers in the cost of living crisis THAT'S A TRAGEDY NOT SOME BILLIONAIR THAT DOESNT GIVE TWO DUCKS ABOUT USELESS EATERS.

  3. She is always egging on the killing of a Palestinian people. She is an awful person. It is probably her buddies (you know which faith) who took care of him.

  4. Rather strange how important people nowadays just go missing all of a sudden almost like it was intended by members of the Ĕlītə..🤔🤔🤔

  5. I think the crew forgot to lower the keel, causing instability!?… I predict Human error was the cause… super yachts don’t just break up & sink.

  6. Funny how the people calling this sunken yacht a ‘tragedy’ are the same ones calling to ‘stop the boats’. Billionaires are the problem not migrants.

  7. Are you insane, " such a human tragedy " there is a genocide and proxy war with Russia going on and you psychotic warmongering political, media and corporate elites are encouraging it all, shame on you, we will never forget,

  8. As a retired Superyacht Captain of 24 years experience, on both private and charter yachts, I will try to offer a few explanations into the rapid sinking of Bayesian. The Yacht was built by Perini Navi of Viareggio, Italy, where I happen to live.. Perini was a very good constructor and has built many large sailing and motor sailing yachts, most generally larger than 50 metres length. The yachts are all required to comply with various certification standards such as ABS, Lloyds of London or DNV..and they are required to be regularly inspected and re certified. There would have been nothing wrong with the yacht, or the crew who are all required by law to be highly trained and highly qualified.
The Yacht was designed to safely navigate in any ocean sea conditions including the southern ocean.. However, this sinking did not happen in the open ocean, but in a popular anchorage, and thereby lays the problem.
The Bayesian, like all Perini yachts is highly automated, sail handling systems are all hydraulic. With a mast of over 70 metres in height, it also requires a very substantial and deep keel. Because of the depth restrictions this would cause, the keel is a hydraulically lifting keel, to allow for navigation in shallower waters, anchorages and access to ports etc. The yacht also has ‘In mast sail Furling’. This means that when not sailing, or in port or at an anchorage, the sail is hydraulically rolled up into the mast..like a 70 metre long, vertical roller blind built inside the mast. Obviously, this mechanism, with the enormous main sail rolled up inside the mast, weighs a very considerable amount, and is very high above the centre buoyancy of the yacht. In an anchorage relatively close to shore the lifting keel would almost certainly have been raised. This, with the mainsail, stowed in the mast would put the yacht in its most unstable condition. it is designed to do this …but not in a storm.
All yachts are compartmented, they have watertight bulkheads across the hull, and watertight doors to pass through them. These are all kept shut when at sea and in heavy weather..but not usually in port or in an anchorage..Owners, guests and crew needing to move freely around the yacht to access cabins and guest areas, and the crew to service those areas..As crew, it’s always about making life as easy and comfortable as possible for the guests..when it’s possible and safe to do so..
Thunder storms and the accompanying down burst and squalls, can be very, very violent in the Mediterranean. When these storms are forecast it is best to be at sea, or in a secure anchorage, as this yacht was, and usually, although windy, all will be well.. However when there is a sudden violent microburst downdraught from the thunderstorm, it can be very dangerous. The cold air rushes vertically downward out of the thunderstorm, slams into the relatively flat sea and then rushes outwards in all directions. Unlike on land, there are no trees, hills or buildings to deflect and slow it. The wind speed at sea level can become hurricane force plus, in a matter of seconds, and although they only last for usually 10 minutes or so, the force and destructive power is enormous.. I have no doubt it would have knocked down the Bayesian in seconds, it would not have had sufficient stability, with its 70 metre mast filled with the furled mainsail and its keel up, in those conditions. Frankly, if you have never personally experienced these conditions, you cannot conceive how fast, powerful and violent they can be.
Once in its side, the sea would have rushed in through the main salon access to the aft deck guest area, which would almost certainly have been open, (on a Perini yacht, as on many others, these are like very large patio type doors,so the saloon opens fully onto the aft guest deck), as some guests were evidently on deck at the time. The water would then have very rapidly filled the hull through the open watertight bulkheads doors below. Those sleeping in their cabins would have had very little chance of getting out, especially with all the unsecured furniture and debris and the fact that being on its side, many cabin doors would not have been accessible..,either now underwater, or even now overhead. Most of the crew would have all been up in a situation like this, and those that weren’t would have been in the crew area in the bow, that has escape hatches onto the fore deck, and hence is easier to get out of..Also, unlike the owners and guests, the crew have all been extensively trained in sea survival.
This was a tragedy, and a reminder that when at sea, things can go from being happy, relaxing and fun, to life threatening it literally minutes, or less. Fortunately, most did get out and did survive, thanks to quick thinking to get to the life rafts ..which deploy automatically. ..and other nearby vessels that quickly came to assist.

  9. My sympathies to the family of the ship's cook whoes body was found…. But the minute you called this rich guy "a High Value" person I lost sympathy for the missing millionaires…TalkTV clearly aren't there for ordinary people,,, they are there to push the interests of the fat cats who are "high value" in their eyes.
