The price makes absolutely no sense. They couldn't even bother including Luke or the best C3PO in the set, expecting you to get an 80 dollar add on in the form of the desert skiff.
And no, it's not in line with other things. Rivendell blows this set out of the water in terms of quality, minifigures, and piece count.

Im perfectly happy with the other two original sail barges. Minifigs look practically the same on the original two. I wish they made a battle droid based UCS set.
I just got the ucs razor crest from John Lewis for £320
You need 2 sarlac pits to even complete the scene so no, no, no !

500 USD for this incomplete, brown turd? it is missing 2 sciffs, a propper sarlack pit and way to many figures (Luke, Chewie, Han, Boba, Lando and some henchmen)
For this amount of money i could get a (licensend) Rivendel set with 2000+ bricks and 4 more minifigs or,
The licensend set Avengers Tower with a 1000 more bricks and 20 more minifigs.
Neither of these sets don't look like a brown turd, have beter play features.
I won't be paying for the mistakes of kathleen Kenedy and her vanity projects.

The pricing is straight a scam at this point 500$ = lego Rivendell that has 6167 pieces. the starlaac pit at 80 is even more than a robbery as its not included, the minifig count is very low too imho.

Really cool set but at $500, it's just not something I'm jumping at. Maybe closer to the holiday season I'll save up and get it for myself, because this is dope and I love the fact it more resembles a playset. It reminds me of a vintage Sail Barge toy my uncle gave me and I also never got the original Barge set, so this kinda scratches both of those itches.
