După ce au traversat Golful Biscay, trecând de Capul Finisterre și de zona de excludere, navigatorii Vendée Globe iau acum diferite opțiuni în funcție de traseul meteorologic și de unghiurile VMG pentru care sunt proiectate iahturile lor IMOCA.
