Why wouldn't you show the crew quarters/ lazarrete. I see the windows under the seat covering the lazarrete . If it came from the underwater lights I'm sure you know the lights are installed through the lazarrete/ crew quarters.
What sites do you go to check these out online first?

You skipped checking the crew cabin, where probably the fire happened. In those yachts, IPS pods are accessed from the crew cabin floor/berth panels and looking down there would have been interesting

Never seen a boat laid bow down like that on the hard. Potential for residual salt water in Riser traveling to engine thru Turbo is a possibility. Even a low bid, so many unknowns. Not for the faint of heart.

Definitely an electrical fire smoke and soot from burning wiring. Not a very hot fire you don’t see any plastic parts melted.😢

As an avionics electrical engineer. I would say from your video. Your fire started in a relay box that you showed upstairs in the upstairs area where most of the smoke damage was. I don't see any damage down in the engine room. Or any of The Wire bundles. Or assemblies in the lower deck. I would focus the breaker box. Do you open the cabinet on that? Had a lot of smoke, damage and add a burn mark across the front of it.
