Oh god I'd love that stuff that engine is a lister similar to the one on my page should sell it up in Perth at a auction house make some cash and its not wasting away!!!
Yep old petrol lister, the tank is a water cooling tank for the engine. You could get a couple of hundred for that, more if it isn't siezed. Fairly common a lot still getting scrapped but people still want them.
I don't think the owner would sell it mate, part 2 will have some more old motors, but will do that vid tomorrow if all goes well
Thanks Paul, I appreciate that, I asked Bevan about a few old motors etc, I dont think he'd sell it, beautiful piece of machinery, and thanks for comments mate.
I have a few more motors coming up in Part 2, hope do have that done within a day or two.
Another kick ass spot! Have you detected around is homesites before? W.
Thanks for the tour billy
you make my mouth water with all that stuff I would want to take it all with me
Good scrap Billy, GL…
@LostTreasureComAU ah! That's the problem engine collectors like me have find a beautiful motor like that left there and the farmer is like nope mate might need it !!!
A really excellent doco Billy. Show folks OS what a real Aussie sheep farm looks like. Love the shearers quarters and I can relate to that "smell of history" inside those old buildings. So many relics and history sitting where it's been for 50 years is just so cool. Blondy and Mc Cafferty would have been the shearers that used those bunks in the bunkhouse and left their names on the wall. That really was a good video. Go for a swing there if you can…. Cheers Pam.
could be still sitting there in another 50 years mate
Love the adventure watching your videos. Way better than watching TV!
Shame they're too attached to the old engines!!
that buggy would be fun!!
i'd be willing to buy that smaller go-kart frame 🙂
What a fantastic place. we could spend hours just looking around. Thank you for sharing.
Paul, just put up a vid on a old landmaster rotary hoe I scored
Cheers Rusty, I am going to head out there soon mate, to do some detecting around the old shearing shed etc
Thanks Nickel!
Thanks Mate, yep it is always good to find stuff like this
Thanks Pam, I will be heading out there today to do some detecting, hopefully I'll find some goodies
Cheers Dianne
Thanks Larry
Are you in Perth mate? I'll ask him when I see him next
Cheers Bill and Bob, I'll be heading out there soon to do some detecting
yea mate 🙂 thanks
that tank is for keeping the engine cool instead of a raidator
