    Woe betide the raging of many peoples, they rage like the sea, and a roaring of nations like the rushing of mighty waters! The peoples rush like great waters; but when GOD rebukes them, they flee far away and are hunted like chaff on the mountains before the wind and like whirling dust before the storm. Behold, in the evening time there is terror; But before morning they will no longer be there! This is the inheritance of those who rob us and the lot of those who plunder us.
