All for One and One for all. The captain of this boat did what was absolutely necessary to protect his crew. Good example of responsible seamanship and faith that they would eventually find their lost crew member. "Inspiring"

The man had a safety harness attached to him but an investigation is underway to find out why the harness wasn't attached to the boat.
