Beautiful Yachts!
Obviously, these are the toys of the very wealthy. But if us common folk get to see them actually under sail and not just 'paraded around' under motor by some diaper dandies, then all is well.
Dutch quality is something beyond most expectations.
T Crowell, these beautiful ships are built by common folk who in turn are unbelievable craftsmen. That is what I take from this video.
Aluminium sheets only about 10mm thick, in the ocean? With electrical currents in the water? Pitting. Corrosion. Wtf!
Bordering on ridiculous. Way too big to be enjoyable sailing. And most owners stay at dock or motor around.
Believe me the Dutch build the best yachts, and safety comes first.
Impressive.
