27. glassy-eyed-third-mate asks: does anyone have copies of her construction plan (profile and plan view)? I was trained in traditional drafting over 45 years ago and have done some profiles and construction profiles in ink. These of course, are labour-intensive, yet nevertheless, also a labour of love. I literally 'loose myself' in the drawing / drafting process. A framed original as such over a sitting room fireplace, den or house library, will usually stop most people in their tracks. Am still working full-time as a navigation officer in the merchant marine, so I have little time to carry-on with this past-time! Hopefully retirement in 2-3 years will allow me more time to pursue this endeavour…, in the meanwhile, if any viewers / readers of such, can help with a copy of plans, this would be most appreciated.

38. Absolutely gorgious for weekend sailing but cruising ? No way !! Just a v-birth for a 50 footer ? I'm a romantic but I can see what that teak means. Its old enough that it must be screwed down. Endless maintenance ….outside of a boat house.

42. I hate to say that huge flag interferes in the lines of the boat. I wish it had been taken down just for this footage.

43. Wow! It is only a meter longer than our Andromeda from 64 and even has 50cm less beam, still it is really roomy inside! Very impressive and a stunning boat!

48. “….deferred my lecture and went straight away….” A man who knows when to stop work and do the right thing. True, not all jobs permit such freedom…..or do they?
    This,in my humble opinion, is one of the few reasons to justify accumulating sufficient wealth. To be able to bring truly beautiful ideas like this to life, or to protect those already created.
