1. Hi , this yacht has the desalination of sea water ?

2. The music covers the noise of the diesel generator which burns diesel in an emission free boat… the silent 80 has 3000 liters of 'emission free' diesel… magical marketing

3. LOVE the concept, thinking that sailing at higher latitudes one would probably be burning far more fuel than in the tropics.
   Is this hull rated "all oceans" (I think thats what its called) or is it a coastal cruiser?
   At first Im feeling "that is a big cat" but thinking about it, low COG, this should be as stable as any sailing catamaran, and equally able to navigate the atlantic? (in quite a luxurious way at that)
   Is 1.3 mill sail-away cost or just starting point?

4. Can't see the bow or stern from the fly bridge helm ! Not good !

5. I never wanted a yacht until now. This looks great. But seriously, who the hell spent millions developing and building this thing but only spent 5 Euro for the music on this quite boring video.

7. Doesn't seem fast at all. Looks like would take longer to cross than a sailboat at the cost.

   The Silent 55 is amazing and has three motor options,
   
   1. Cruiser: 2×30 kW
   
   2. E-Power: 2×250 kW
   
   3. Hybrid Power: 2×220 HP + 2×14 kW (can achieve top speeds of 20+ knots)

   And they have a "Kite" and "Sail" version as well.

   Kite
   
   The Kite version features a towing kite with full automatic control. The SILENT yachts as well as the Kite System are adapted to complement each other perfectly, offering noiseless cruising and unlimited range but without any emissions. Conventional sails require a lot of space on the deck as well as maintenance and create shade on the solar panels. The Kite flies in altitudes of between 100 and 150m where the winds are much stronger, so the kite generates up to 20 times more power per square meter.

   Sailor
   
   “Sailor” – In addition to the perks of the “Cruiser”, the “Sailor” comes with the added convenience of sails. This is noiseless cruising without any emissions and with unlimited range.

   In fair winds, while you are using the sails the batteries are charging. If the wind stops, or if you want to go against headwind, you can continue noiseless driving by switching to the electric propulsion.

   I honestly think this company could be the first company that creates an ECO friendly Silent yacht for cruising all around the world. I will be very interested to see them grow and to see the first hull using this "Kite" technology along with the electric motors.

14. I LOOOOOVVVE THIS YACHT!!!😍 I’ll definitely add a Tesla power wall or double the battery capacity, increase the Diesel capacity 500 gal to 800 gal and 4 motors total if possible.

    I may never ever have to use it but in the event where there is days of clouds and a hurricane heading my way I want diesel to escape the atoms path. I think the current 500 gallon capacity I too little to power the generator at the sustainable speed I want along with keeping the a/c running all the time, etc. I also like to be able to sustain 17-20kts to get to my Destination quickly. I this will make the Yacht more of a Blue Water live aboard yacht.

    I did see where you guys cross the Atlantic by traveling south from Europe to Africa to South America to Florida is ridiculous and risky in the same path where most of pirates. Not exactly Blue Water yacht in the current configuration.

    I absolutely love ❤️ the layout of this yacht! Very well thought out! It’s like a sailboat but without all the work! Sailing is work but this beauty Truly luxury! You guys did a remarkable job creating this work of perfection I’ll love to own! When I decide to make a purchase how long is the wait to have the yacht built? ….and is this yacht current configuration (of course not a ice breaker, lol) able to go to colder climates like Alaska, Canada, Northern Europe etc?

Any problems, you envision doing a North-American Great Loop (Atlantic and Gulf Intracoastal Waterways, the Great Lakes, the Rideau Canal, and the Mississippi and Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway) with this dream? It seems like it would esp awesome for river any Great Lakes cruising And is there central heat or is it at least optional? And is it approx 1.5 million euros?

16. The only concern is what are the safety measures against pirates? This is the biggest issue weighing among all sailors’ mind.
