This was one of my favorite songs when I was a child. I still have the record. 🤯😄 Of the hundreds of times I've heard this song throughout my life, yesterday was the first time I heard it while actually sailing. Listening to it while surrounded by the beauty of the Virgin Islands 🌊🇻🇮🇻🇬🌊was priceless! ❤️

Somehow the song is living rent free in my head in 2022.
As a child I was abused constantly. I was thrown outside naked at the age of 6 I would hide in a bush and cry. People would walk right past me in an apartment complex and not even look twice. It was a different time, a different age.
But, certain songs carried you through the roughest times. This is one of those songs for me. I will carry it with me for life. God bless you all.
