2. Great that you put a sailing video with no commentary, and multiple angles and good sound. This is great. A video shot from another boat with a tele lens could also be interesting, but it would be harder to capture sound, unless capturing it at the target boat separately and having a clap on both recordings to sync them in post..

7. listening to this along with sea shanties playing at the same time really help with the story im trying to create so thanks so much for this !! also the water looks so beautiful,, i live in a place that doesn't have the best beaches or water in general so i saw this deep blue water and was like WOAH ! its so cool !!

I had to move on land bc my wife is about to give birth to our daughter and I honestly have not gotten any sleep being on land and Elizabeth is not even born yet lol this helped me soooo much I still open my eye every now and then in something of a panic wornding why on earth we are not moving lol but the sleep I have been able to get bc of your videos like this is amazing the wife thanks you all she really started to get worried about how little I was sleeping thank you all so much

11. I miss sailing… So much. I miss the salty breeze in my beard. I miss the sailors I sailed with. The two men I sailed with passed. The owner of the boat was one of the men who passed. I can't sail anymore cause I can't afford a boat of my own and the family of the owner of the boat sold the damn boat. It was a 40-ft Bristol named Gypsy Soul. I'll miss that boat… I miss that ocean… I'll miss my friends.

12. Honestly been looking for something like this for background ambience for my D&D games. This is perfect. Every other sailing ambience else is flooded with bird noises, or thunderstorm noises.

    EDIT; I see no one else in the comments even picked up on the fact the sound repeated and they aren’t any waves against the boat to make these sounds. Carry on Delos, people are much dumber than I give them credit for.

38. Great video! I kept wondering why you couldn't seep the headsail and main full. I suppose falling off to lee would have taken you off course and it's clear that trimming wouldn't have stopped the luffing.
