for the people that don't even know what they're seeing but do have an opinion… the one on the left has to avoid crashing, but has to pass the other one 1m away… giving him more space is losing… everything was going well until the one on the right wanted to avoid the crash… when he went to the right his rear end went to the left, crossing more into the other's path… typical situation of the one who has the right of way causing the crash because he wants to avoid it… they are not cars, they have lateral displacement (like a car drifting)……. in any case, the one on the left is not legally right……. but the one on the right is the one who causes the crash…
