  1. Don't you feel claustrophobic inside that boat? And on top there's hardly any space at all. Much like a racing car:). Anyways fair winds ahead!!

  3. The boat has to be light, yet a heavy crew is needed to keep it flat, when heeling. If you need weight, I am 100Kg and happy to crew

  5. In my local racing fleet it is illegal to move bags for ballast. Only people "rail meat" are aloud to move. Is this different for your race?

  21. Would it be possible given the architecture of this boat to make a bag/Hamic with a pulley I could move your equipment from Port starboard with a few blocks and line?

The planning boat tells you very quickly if you made a poor sail trim or helm movement, I raced a fireball dinghy for over 20 years, when I’ve gotten on the big boats I have noticed that many skippers and crew are unaware of micro adjustments because the boat does not communicate such inefficiencies or mistakes. When I get on a big boat and ask if I can do some adjustments to sell trim I usually get .5 to 1 knot speed increase.

  23. Put some time sailing a star class boat, simular runners. Lowers power up the main uppers power the jib. The main leach is your back stay till the new runner is on. Cool little Yacht that 6.5!!!
