23. If these marine Volvos are anything like the road Volvos then you could easily re-map a 210BHP to 260BHP and still keep within Volvo specification and even warranty if applicable. 99% certain it'll be the same injectors and turbo (if charged) and certainly the pistons and displacement will be.

31. Smaller capacity engine does not equal "unstressed", the larger capacity would be less stressed as they provide more power so can be run on lower revs.

43. Here in the US I've seen tons of these for sale but never with a diesel. That's really cool. They usually come with a gas 5.7 mercruiser and a bravo 3 duo prop.
