   Some questions about the Corsair 880:

   1. Can you reef the self tacking jib?

   2. How hard would it be to reef single handed/ What are the steps? You mentioned you had some difficult reffing on your first solo sail, what did that involve? Was it just learning to do it(lack familiarity or something specific that is tricky)?

   3. Have you tried to "heave to"? If yes, what happened?

   4. How did workout running the portable generator in the locker in the cockpit? How loud was the generator in the rear cabin, front cabin?

13. As an owner of a Catalina 22 trailered pocket cruiser i know the pains of trailering and rigging/derigging.. but its worth the saved cash and ability to set sail from places 100s of miles apart.

14. We're wondering why you are staying up north during the winter? Great job (hard work) pulling the boat out, especially at dusk/in the dark. On a side note, it was so cool to read about your Highfield adventures in Passage Maker magazine!! You guys rock!

15. how long are you going to be on LI. I am in Eastport, and would love to see the 880, but not if you are too busy with family and worried about covid..great job launching and retrieving in Newport..My suggestion is to maybe wear lifejackets with the cold water..Doug F-22

16. Lotsa fun on an Aussie speed machine, but I have 2 words…DRAWBAR EXTENSION. Lots of guys over here use them for beach launching.

29. I wanted to warn you of a potential problem that you will have with your Bed and mattress in your truck camper. I remember on your video for the remodeling the camper is you had mold under the Mattress. this will be a problem because of the your truck camper's design. what is happening is the bed is warm when your sleeping but the outside is cold which creates condensation. propane heaters also help create this problem in the rest of the camper. electric heaters help with that. some truck campers have a storage space under the bed which helps with this problem. another thing you can do is simply make sure there is air space under the mattress by building an air space with wooden, you can also buy a spring system like the froli spring system which was designed specifically for this problem. good luck with your adventures!!!

33. As far as I can tell from your video’s this is the first and only Trimaran you’ve ever sailed. So what are you comparing it to?

35. I was hoping you'd find a different dock to use than Fort Adams. I'll be there in a few weeks to launch my boat for the Newport Solo/Twin and looking for other docks to use.

36. The 880 is at the top of my list, also considering a 760 since I'll be singlehanding most of the time, along the southeast Florida coast, keys, Caribbean, Bahamas. Cheers!
