31. The question was yesterday about Delia's accident which collapsed the bridge in Boltimor – whether anchors on container ships can stop a ship. I'm trying to find out why ships don't drop anchors or do they not brake or its too long to do ?

32. I came here after reading ignorant comments about why didn't the Dali's ship captain drop the Anchor in the Francis Scott Key Bridge incident to prevent it from crashing. From the looks of this video, there was very little the captain/crew could have done in such short time of losing power.
