I just came across this, Ingrid. Thank you for sharing it. We played this song at our dad's funeral almost 13 years ago, but the Smokie rendition since he was more a Smokie fan than a Rod Stewart fan. If this has been available back then I'm pretty sure we would have picked this rendition instead. I would love a full production recording of this.
