  1. I used to use a cheese cutter in primary school to cut clay. It has never crossed my mind to buy one in my adult life to cut cheese………….until now.

  2. We are thoroughly enjoying your videos and thank you for taking the time to film your voyage. My husband would really appreciate it if you could tell us where you got your ceiling saloon light from – or was that already on your boat? We're refitting a Westerly Oceanlord , hence the odd question.

  3. I just love it when you explain your passages using your I pad. Do the tide arrows chang colour depending on the strength of the tide. I'm still learning from your trips. Sue has family living in Kirkwall but we've never met them. A great video again lads.

  4. Great video again
You better drops the (s) from Orkney boys 😁
Good news you found another free shower may you find many more
    good luck stay safe
realy love the vids and proud of you both 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

  5. Boys, i really think you need to give the cheese cutter a chance! You can't say it's "crap" on it's first outing? The cheese cutter is bringing sophistication to your boat, and from now on, you will need to buy bigger blocks of cheddar, and take pride in cutting them into equal portions using the ancient art of cheese cutting…. Long live the cheese cutter. Cheese cutter for President…..

  6. Another great video boys, getting really professional now with the walking to and past your camera! Got to love a cheese-cutter! As they say in Barrybados……it is what it is!

  7. Come on guys if you are rating " fish and chips" shops you should be eating fish , was looking forward to seeing a nice piece of Haddock .

  8. Great video as usual and enjoying Orkney. You need to buy a Red Ensign and replace that union flag on your back stay 😀

  9. Hello guy's, another fantastic video & envious as ever. Don't we have some of the most beautiful scenery in the world…& thank you for taking us with you. I do think you are both digging yourselves into a hole though, not only are you commenting on your voyage, you are now the official critiques to the best "fish & chips" from around our Isles. As always, fair seas & be safe…Simon.

  10. When you start going South down to England you’re going to get in a row about flying the Union Jack from the backstay. Only ships of the line (ie warships) can fly the Union Jack, and even then only from the bow. Next stop, buy a red duster, or red ensign fir flying off the backstay.

  11. sad about the chips… and does the cheese cutter come with a Bluetooth App – keep out of that COLD wind – Cheers

  12. Knowing what you Barry boys are like I’m surprised you didn’t share the shower to save on that pound! Lol
    Great video as always lads

  13. great video lads, cant get more down to earth than a dog pooping in the background lol, fair winds boys 🙂

  14. Question – Does the traditional Fish and Chips have anything on it or is it just basically fried fish and chips? I mean is curry sauce or any of the extras like that not traditional fish and chips? I think vinegar is traditional correct?

  15. Do you calculate drift, current, tide and magnetic variation on a chart or is it just Navionics? Those waters seem difficult to navigate. You seem to navigate spot on!

  16. All class, the dog taking a dump in the background as you reviewed your fish n chip supper,. lmao 🙂 subscribed.

  17. Hi guys, never seen anyone so excited to have new tea towels they are nice though reckon they won't dry until they have a few washes as they are quite thick, but of good quality, recon you will have them for ages they were really cheap at the price, you guys certainly do love the cloudy dull weather and the rainiest places on earth. I think I would have ventured to much warmer places in the world. maybe next year's holidays hey guys, as always another great video and loved the flag skimming too made for some good photographic art, keep up the good video's always look forward to them, regard Robert.

  18. Do you use paper charts, do any kind of written down passage plan, calculate tidal heights/streams or do you just use the Navionics app on a day to day basis?

  19. Congrats on the 5k subscribers already, onwards and upwards! If/when you get to the Essex/Medway area there are good anchorages in Pyefleet Creek near Brightlingsea, Stangate Creek in the Medway and at Harty Ferry on the Swale.

  20. brilliant vlog again – love that you give us the detail of your position and travel on Navionics! Yeh, for the new tea towels, your mum will be really pleased as I am – use the old ones to clean your engine! And thank you for showing me around the place where I had great fun diving the German fleet!
