1. Hey Steve, nice job. Although, stop saying “hot water heater”. They’re “cold”water heaters – more commonly known as “water heaters”. If the water was hot it wouldn’t need heating. The only folks who use hot water heaters are on aircraft carriers making steam for catapult launches.

  2. I just want a great working galley and white leather furnitures, with lighter wood, master bedroom with windows, no black counters, big back porch for fishing, 2 engine, and stabilizer to start with..

  3. Great video! I find it interesting that people call a water heater a Hot water heater. It is actually a cold water heater. hahaha

  4. Always love the reviews and the occasional slip up. Not sure you need a watermaker for raw water at 1800 gals a day? But 1500 a day for fresh is awesome, lol seriously another great review

  5. I can't remember which boat manufacturer does it, but for the hydraulics, one feature I have seen that I really like is putting the pumps on the generators using a clutch instead of on the engines. That way if an engine fails, you aren't without hydraulics.

  6. Mate, Bare feet with a Sports Jacket 🙂. Put on a pair of Thongs (flipflops) and you'd be an Aussie! Keep up the great work.

  7. Modern technology has really made cruising in a yacht more comfortable. My house has less than a hundredth of the complexity of the systems on this yacht. Of course it also costs about a hundred times more than my house. O well, a person can dream!

  8. Holy crap Captain Steve talk about a detailed showing of a yacht this one – this showing is incredible. Very well done

  9. Very durable, stable boat, the fact that they sailed one of these thousands of nautical miles, under real ocean conditions proves the seaworthiness of this brand, no flashy design, but real world usefulness, my hats off to these people for building a quality product that they back 100%.

  10. I thought that there was at least one Fleming 78 that was originally built with a bulbous bow. The boat in this video does not appear to have one, would this be a factory option or am I mistaken?

  11. Who could be bothered with all that tech. It’s not necessary and detracts from the simplicity of cruising. Driving a boat isn’t that hard.

  12. I would long for the day when trying to decide if a Fleming, Salene or GB Elution will be my pick for some long range runs. Really no comparison to Nordhaven but for me having that speed as an option is important. Fleming is about as nice as it gets for someone who likes traditional looks but mixed with a lot of experience in real world needs and technology.

  13. What an absolute porker this boat is. 4x the fuel burn of an elling e6, down to 3 times. This is a tired, old style GRP construction. Time to get with the times and modern, lighter construction.
