  4. Love the honesty of this yatch, its a legit ocean going vessel and not some gaudy pleasure palace/floating hotel/party barge that only sails around the Bahamas/Virgin Islands. The crow's nest/private hot tub tub deck is awesome, also the owner's cabin is very sealed off/private. The owner's idea of having a "massive dinghy"(sorry couldn't help myself) is a great idea. Center console fishing boat, something you could operate yourself, try to catch a big tuna or marlin, take 5 or 6 people on with no crew, man that would be a ton of fun, I love fishing. Never would have thought of doing an industrial loft type of interior, must say I LOVE the look. Its very unique, not gaudy/overdone. Feels like a home, somewhere I could relax in sandals/barefoot in my usual khaki shorts and golf polo or t-shirt. A lot of these mega-yatch interiors are so formal I feel like I need to be dressed with a suit and tie to just sit down at the big table for dinner with my friends.

  17. For the June 2022 fuel prices, your looking at over $80,000 to fill the fuel tank (just the fuel, not including the labor cost). Operation costs for these types of items is staggering. And they create their own economy.

  36. Even though I have never liked the faux-industrial look (it is exactly the look you get when you pay someone in Sweden to style your apartment before you sell it) I like it on this ship. It looks like the owner is fed up with the Hefner/Russian/Trump look, and decided to go completely different. Refreshing. It is also the first time I have seen a Jura coffee maker on one of these ships, much better than the Miele ones people seem to insist on. We bought ourselves one as a moving in present in our new house, and it felt like we spent a fortune….feels a little measly now when I look at this video. Nice.

  37. I have to ask, because I'm clearly not in this life style, but are there ever instances where a Yacht is chartered and the guests are on board at the same time of the owner. Or is it ever only charter is charter, owner on board no charter?

I did not look thru all the 900 comments to see if this was already answered but the Amp is what's called a class A tube amp, very popular with audiophile enthusiasts and yes they are still made and can be very expensive. IF the listener is into vinyl they often will want a tube amp which will have a warmer more full and natural sound than digital amps. Sorry if someone else already commented on it.

  45. A little bit weird we (probably) see the owner and family @27:44 . Looks like a singer, which would explain the sound-system. Probably someone famous to be able to afford this but I don't recognize him. Would expect them to take any personal stuff down at a boat show….
