It would be helpful actually explain how the skipper manoeuvres and pivots the boat using the two throttles and steering.

This is not a tutorial. I’m sure you could produce a good one if you tried.
This is just “Vincent est formidable”.
This just shows us how good Vincent is at docking the boat. It's not a tutorial. You need to explain usage of the throttle controls, when to lock the rudders, how prop placement behind rudders affects manoeuvring, docking in cross wind and tide. That high freeboard could make for interesting docking in high winds….
Does Vincent come with the boat? Although this looked so easy and practical, I will crash into anything that says "don't crash into me".
Teaching people to step off an untied boat is a bad idea. If there was a cross wind you never control the bow. In the second scenario, you need to show how to do it when you have 5' of extra space, not 15' on each end. Not realistic.
