8. I had Beneteau 373 that I kept for 10 years until 2018 in NY, sailing the New England area, had great memories with it as it offered space inside and on deck. sailed through sunshine, rain and storms, it was great.you kept yours in great shape as I see in the videos. 
   Now I am happier having a larger 49' Najad Monohull from 2004, where I sail it in the Med.
   You will enjoy your new boat for sure as you take your time to learn about the boat. its a sellers market, everyone wants to have a boat since Covid.. cheers.

11. Das Euer Boot so schnell verkauft ist wundert mich nicht. Im Moment ist der Markt für "kleinere" Boote leer gekauft. Covid sei Dank 🙁
    Ich kenne Makler die haben eine warte Liste , das gab es meines wissens noch nie. Deshalb hatte Euer Makler wohl auch so schnell einen Käufer. Ich hoffe ihr habt nicht zu günstig verkauft, im Moment : der normalpreis + 20 % = verkaufspreis

    I'm not surprised that your boat has sold so quickly. At the moment the market for "smaller" boats is empty. Thanks to Covid 🙁
    I know brokers who have a waiting list, as far as I know, that has never existed. That's probably why your broker had a buyer so quickly. I hope you didn't sell too cheaply, at the moment: the normal price + 20% = sales price
