5. Try a bungie cord. tie it to the port side of the cockpit or stansion, take it to the tiller, depending on how much pressure you have on the rudder, put more wraps of cord around the tiller, start with 3 or 4, then put some tension on the cord and tie it to the stbd side of the boat. This is not perfect but does do quite well. To make fine adjustments, hold the wraps of cord around the tiller and twist like an outboard throttle. Have fun!

24. If you get sea sick you don't need pills. Get a good set of ear plugs and put one in one of your ears. One only. This tricks your brain's centre of balance and you wont get sick. Try it. What do you have to lose?

25. Just seen this a year after the event. Glad to see you bought Philps pasties. By far the best around. We have friends who live up country that we regularly send chilled ones to, that they then freeze.
