It all looks lovely, but I’m mystified as to how people could eat that much in the morning… I have a banana, and maybe a bit of yogurt… All these things would be breakfast, lunch and dinner for me over several days!

It all looks so yummy that I’d want to try everything I wouldn’t b able to eat anything else for the rest of the day tho lol. I imagine the smell of fresh baked bread will give guests a great appetite.

Do you do a "true" sourdough in as much as do you use an enduring starter culture or is that just too hard on a yacht?
You had me at the hotdog buns, those are the best-looking hotdog buns I've ever seen and I'm very particular about hotdogs, I'm quite proud of my gourmet dogs (trust me, they are nothing like the average dog) as those and pizza are my two specialities apart from my slow-cooked/smoked proteins. If you ever do a cook book that recipe HAS to be in it as I need it! I'm jealous of that oven BTW.
