As a novice I can't understand how a vessel like that supply vessel could reverse into a stationary yacht ,in perfect weather and it looks like the middle of the day with very good visibility . So why didn't they have some one watching out, and why didn't they captain not see when he's got good visibility all round and cameras giving the captain all round visibility and awareness. it just looks strange to me plus you had people on the harbour side shouting, whistling and making noise and the captain or the crew did see or hear anything , that's strange ! But hay what do I now i was not thier.
