PROVOCĂRI la mare VÂLGIREA către PANAMA | Porturi necunoscute Ep. 70 Lucrăm la obținerea unei asigurări pentru bărci în ultima lună și, în sfârșit, ne-am asigurat o poliță care se potrivește bugetului nostru! În două ore am aprins motoarele și am fost în drum spre PANAMA!!! Am fost atât de încântați să începem oficial călătoria noastră navigând în jurul lumii! Aveam două săptămâni să ajungem în Panama înainte de sezonul uraganelor, așa că trebuia să ne mutăm. Condițiile nu au fost cu siguranță cele mai mari, cu vânt și curent direct pe nasul nostru și o zonă de navigație îngustă între adâncurile băncii Bahama și banda de navigație din largul coastei Cubei, dar am făcut tot ce e mai bun. Tocmai când eram pe punctul de a ocoli curba marginii de est a Cubei, ne-am confruntat cu o provocare uriașă și trebuia să decidem dacă să continuăm sau să ne oprim în cel mai apropiat port.   1. Congrats on your new destination. That's real stuff – not some puddle jump like going to Bahamas. You're right behind Delos, Parlay Revival, Calico Skies …. who just made the journey (at least on YouTube time!). Good luck and look forward to your new adventures. BTW, we just got home last week from two months in the Bahamas. Made it as far south as Ragged Island. Now back in South Texas.

  5. Safe journey…..Looking for an honest answer…lol….If you were on truth serum would you go with the Flexteek or whatever it is on the decks if you were to do over. It looks great but it must get really hot……Would you just do in cockpit? Slowing the water down to slo mo was kewl…Have fun…You should of bought two bean bag chairs for the bow. Best investment I made when I bought my boat…lol

  14. My boat arrives from the factory in 2 months… finally… Insurance is one of my biggest issues. Any chance you can disclose the approx $/yr? And yes – I know there are a bazillion variables… but trying to get an estimate. I've heard anything from $9K/year to $28K/year for relatively new sailors, not in the hurricane zone, etc.
