Suntem foarte încântați că am găsit acest iaht 1990 NEPTUNUS 62 FLYBRIDGE POWER MOTOR YACHT deoarece are MULTE de oferit viitorului ei proprietar pentru buget. Acest iaht a fost proiectat de Frank Mulder și are scris „calitate olandeză” peste tot. Actualul proprietar o iubește de 19 ani și se vede! As She are oferă o mulțime de upgrade-uri, inclusiv o reconstrucție recentă a motoarelor. Un mecanic profesionist a făcut toată munca de-a lungul anilor și ne-a ținut cu întreținerea. Doar adăugați puțin TLC și ea ar face un concurent uimitor de croi și un apartament pe apă! Preferatele noastre personale au fost: flybridge-ul spațios și foarte înalt, planul de etaj deschis al salonului principal, amenajarea unică a bucătăriei, prova mare și surpriza din compartimentul din camera mașinilor. according to our local Chamber of Commerce here in Central Florida it never gets above 89 and never below 72 degrees.
Nice vessel but definitely wish for more bedroom space down below. It is a bit too tight on the rooms space
I've subbed to your channel mostly for content like this, since I'm beginning my search for a motor yacht. The problem for me with yachts above $150k or so, when they're more than a few years old, is that it becomes harder to finance them using the boat itself as collateral. $150k is about the limit of the credit I have available from other sources while leaving enough cushion for any work or upgrades needed. Do you have any suggestions about financing?

I would definetely have already bought it its spacious….it had a full fridge and washing machine…. it s like home…. and why not wake up everyday and see the sea instead of buildings… What makes me dont want to is the cost of parking it…. i believe there should be more solutions on that… for example for me….to own that and decide to live in there does not mean im rich… i might have invest on that in replace to a house… all people should have the right to choose that and not worry paying thousands every year…. yeah its ok to pay for facilities like water or electricity….but also rent at such high prices??? And this one cause it has bigger length it will be more than 10.000 per year to park it…. such a shame…. now you will tell me what if like 5 million people decide the same if there were no rents like that…. i dont care they should make more marines….like they construct and sell houses…. or sell parking parking positions like they sell homes…. but they dont care!!!
Recently i read an article on yachting here in Greece which is a country i think on top 5 in yachting worldwide to find out that ministry of navy does not care even about the conditions of existed marines…or even to give the chance for bigger yachts to approach Greece cause they have to pay so much money…. for example a very big and luxurious yacht can pay until 400.000 euro per month to park it and what is happening is that the same yacht can park on other countries e.x spain italy for half price…NOT ONLY WE ARE MANIACS ON OUR NATIONALITY OOOHH GO TO THE ARMY CAUSE YOU RE NOT GETTING A JOB OOOOOH WE ARE GREEKS DEATH TO TURKISH PEOPLE OOOOHH WE ARE GREEK WE STAND BUT OURSELVES AT THE SAME TIME WE HAVE ISOLATE THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY FROM GREEKS WONDERING AROUND BE HAPPY FROM TURISTS BE HAPPY ETC… JUST BECAUSE MITSOTAKIS FAMILY RULE THIS COUNTRY 40 YEARS AND DECIDE ALL MONEY SHOULD GO TO HIM AND HIS FRIENDS…. My Dad had a 42.5 ft. Christ Craft when I was growing up. It was/is all wood and required a month of weekends of hard work getting her ready for the season. It was great experience and I spent a lot of time with my parents growing up. RIP Mom & Dad!
