10. It's amazing when you back your dream Yacht in a slip perfectly and there is no argument with your spouse. Common sense goes a long way but some people are not born with it.

12. Always approach the dock full downwind while flying a spinnaker. Drop and speed furl at three boat length they whip a j hook turn 180 into the wind then back her down stern first into the dock letting the pointy end come around till your nice a cozy sideways. to the dock. Always worked with my Tempest and was good for a round at the bar!
