Paradoxically enough that black spot tuskfish although a meritorious effort are @ that size rather bland & coarse. They are much better eating @ around the 1 kg mark but even then, though subjective don't match coral trout eating quality.
Amazing fish given the conditions. When you boat that Tusky looks like you put the knife into the fishes heart to bleed it rather than cut the gills? You use the pec fin as a guide?
