I have watched every one of them since you bought your boat for 😆 🤣 😂 😹 a $1.00 It's a lot of work running to it Paul Cacia 3rd or quarter and total instead of buying a brand new 1 or 1 allready to go in water and running properly and evening else I use one brand new style don't have you know work on it but this costs you pull off a quarter amount but 1 would cost majorityou would cost but you're no use not destroyed I left for the ocean Beautiful job

Careful, those tiles that the fuel system is screwed to look like they may be asbestos.
Get rid of the Fram oil filters and get a decent one. They've been blamed for several engine failures.
Hope you have acid washed the cooling system of the engines. A lot of the debris in the heat exchangers could be internal as well as from the engines.

Yup, someone is going to be lucky to own that boat.
As a marine surveyor, (no longer active), I'm concerned if by Lithium and Panel, you are referring to some kind of "power wall" battery bank. Just one internet opinion, but I would not install a Lithium Battery charging system, especially below decks. If I installed one at all, it would only be in a sealable fireproof box, with it's own, separate, automatic foam extinguisher.
Also, you should add a Mailing Address, (P.O Box is typical), in the descriptions: Send Us Stuff option
When you first asked your readers "should we do it",I said "run like a gazelle ". Having restored 3 wooden boats in my life, I did have some insight. Of course me having 50 years on you guys did figure into my comment. Looks like you're not afraid of hard work or spending money on quality products. Good on ya for taking the job to the level that you have but I do have one very strong recommendation for you before you go "out there". Install some inspection plates on the vertical inboard faces of the fuel tanks (only place you can do that) between the baffles so you can super clean your tanks and assess their health. If the tanks look anything like the inside of that heat exchanger, there aren't enough fuel filters on the planet to do the job. Happy Trails!

OMG! You have brought me back to the stuff I need to be concerned about on my trawler. Your setup is similar to mine, an on mine, everything has been running perfectly. and I have checked all the gauges regularly, but not all connections, hoses packing, etc. I am close to you (Stockton, CA) and will be heading out under the GG Bridge in a week or so. I like the idea of, and need to get the LED lights in the engine room!

You don't need a clamp on the push on fittings if they are sucking fluids (vacuum) only if you are pushing fluids that are under (pressure)
Love the boat. It may be hard to part with once you get to cruising on it.
